Kalypsoskoons – Deposit & Waitlist Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and that families may occasionally find a kitten elsewhere before their turn on our waitlist arrives. However, by submitting a deposit and joining our waitlist, you acknowledge and agree that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Your deposit secures your place on our waitlist; it does not guarantee a kitten by a specific date or guarantee a particular sex, color, pattern, eye color, or other desired characteristics. While we will always do our best to match each family with a kitten that fits their preferences, we cannot guarantee that a kitten with your exact desired characteristics will become available.

If a kitten becomes available that does not meet your preferences, you may choose to wait for another suitable kitten, and your place on the waitlist will remain in accordance with our placement policy.

Your deposit reserves your place in line and allows us to dedicate time, planning, and resources toward future kitten placements. For this reason, deposits will not be refunded or transferred if you decide to withdraw from the waitlist, purchase a kitten from another breeder, change your mind, experience a change in circumstances, or are otherwise unable to proceed for any reason.

Please carefully review this policy before submitting your deposit. By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Please do not place a deposit unless you are fully comfortable with this policy.
